Within Field Nine Group, she leads Influencer Journalism, which helps news organisations collaborate with creators to strengthen trust and engagement. Recognised on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list, Adriana has held roles in newsrooms including The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Axios, and now teaches media strategy to emerging journalists. Through her ventures and teaching, she champions new models that bridge traditional media with today’s digital communities.

Eva Constantaras is Data Editor at Lighthouse Reports. She has spent most of her career as an itinerant data journalist, setting up data teams in newsrooms in Global Majority countries. She is also a Google Data Journalism Scholar, a Fulbright Fellow, and a winner of the Sigma Data Journalism and Philip Meyer Award. She is currently based in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
