Media businesses are no different from other companies. You'll still need to know the basic truths: product, finance, positioning, audience, access to markets.

Koreel talks about the who, where, when, why, and how of all that in his session. He runs MDIF’s investment and program mandate in South Asia, which gives him plenty of perspective into what works at media organisations.
